Celebrate the beauty of nature and the joy of making in this relaxing, hands-on printmaking workshop. Using a soft, reusable gel plate, acrylic paint, and fresh botanical materials, you’ll create a series of vibrant mono prints inspired by the natural world. No prior experience needed—just a sense of curiosity and play.

We’ll explore layering, texture, and color while experimenting with techniques to make one-of-a-kind prints. Your prints can be turned into cards, used for collage, or enjoyed as stand-alone pieces.  No art experience necessary and all materials will be provided.

Open to Healing Garden clients only.  Free program with optional donation accepted at registration.   This program will meet in person at the Healing Garden.  Priority given to clients who have not taken this class before, please reach out to Chris if you would like to be put on the waitlist.  

Kimberly Stoney is known for her colorful and dynamic compositions inspired by her everyday life. Her past work as a sculptor and ceramicist informs her working process. She uses paint, collage and drawing materials to build rich and deep layers of visual information that invite the viewer to join her to find new meanings in the ordinary. Her work has been included in shows in North Carolina, Connecticut, and Massachusetts. Stoney has a BFA degree in ceramics from Alfred University (NYSCC) and a MFA in sculpture from UNC-Chapel Hill.
