What happens when you move your body, lose yourself in music, and then put that feeling into creativity? Something a little magical. Movement, Music, and Making blends accessible, mindful movement with hands-on creative expression and taps into the science of neuroplasticity to boost mood, increase energy, and unlock creativity — all while improving mobility, balance, and flexibility. Alternating between movement and creating, so each inspires the other.
Open to clients, caregivers, and bereaved clients. Free program with optional donation. This program will take place at the Healing Garden.
