Half Day Retreat – Create and (Re)Create

Create and (Re)Create is a half-day expressive arts retreat for people living with cancer who are seeking space to imagine, reflect, and make meaning together. In the first half, we’ll gather around a long table to envision and build—through images, color, symbols, and objects—a world we want to live in, beginning with a simple road and seeing where it leads. After lunch, we’ll explore found poetry, transforming existing texts into something newly our own. Rooted in intermodal expressive arts therapy, this experience is about process, not product; no artistic experience is needed. We come together in community to create, to recreate, and see what emerges.

Open to clients.  Free program with optional donations accepted at registration.  This program includes lunch.

If you have participated in a past retreat, we kindly ask that you email Chris to be put on the waitlist so that another client may have this experience.
